We’ve all heard of this as a sort of throw away line. But at Tiga Tactics we live this mindset with one of our favorite slogans: KIND BY CHOICE™

It means that while you train to be dangerous, you choose to be kind. 

Unlike pacifists and those without training. They’re forced to be kind because they have no other options. They hope never to be attacked or hope that someone will rescue them if the are.

But hope is not a strategy.

Besides, kindness isn’t just good for others, it’s also good for yourself.

Numerous scientific studies have proven that practicing kindness has numerous health benefits, including decreased blood pressure, lowered stress hormone levels, and increased endorphins. Kind people are more grateful and satisfied and could even live longer.
