Get certified to teach Tiga Tactics Combatives™!

It took our co-founders a combined 6 decades of self-defense and martial arts training to create Tiga Tactics Combatives™.

  • We have fought in combat sports and won numerous championships across different competitions.
  • We’ve spent more than 15 years studying real footage of vicious street violence, including stabbings, clubbings, and beatings.
  • We’ve spent thousands of dollars on training, attending seminars, reading books, and watching videos.
  • We’ve trained with elite warriors, from SWAT officers to U.S. Navy SEALs.
  • We’ve pulled security duty as a bouncer at a biker bar.
  • And we’ve earned black belts (or the equivalent) in not one, not two, not five, but 12 self-defense systems!

We’ve put in two lifetimes of training, pressure-testing, and science-based research so that … you DON’T have to.

You can learn and teach the end result of our combined 60-plus years of experience — Tiga Tactics Combativess™ — in a fraction of the time it took for us to create it.

Our aim is to give good people an edge against all the bad that’s going on in our crazy world today.

We’re looking for trainers who want to make a difference in their communities because, if there more of us out there empowering others, the more of a difference we make in the world as a whole.

The Progression for Our Cadre

One never “rises to the occasion.” That is a (fatal) myth. Instead you fall to the lowest level of your training.

We don’t believe in going from zero to hero, but instead advocate for a progressive training that helps you build your skillset and attributes. The same can be said for training our trainers.

Here’s a look at the progression of our certified trainers and their ranks:
